The challenge

The workplace and showroom needed to support a more welcoming customer journey while improving employee workflow, communication and comfort.

Approach

Interviews, customer and employee surveys, observations, floor plan analysis and workplace shadowing were combined to identify the most important spatial and hospitality issues.

The solution

A research informed improvement proposal covering the office, reception, exterior and customer experience, supported by realistic visualisations and a phased route towards implementation.

Futura International office concept

Status Design proposal developed during an international internship

The challenge

The office needed a clearer spatial concept that supported daily operations, collaboration and employee needs while incorporating more responsible facility choices.

Approach

Daily workplace use and operational requirements were translated into a complete office plan, with focused concepts for individual work areas, shared meetings and practical storage.

The solution

A coordinated workplace concept combining the main office layout, a redesigned conference room and a custom recycling and storage unit centred on CSR.

The challenge

The original logo needed a stronger visual identity that would remain recognisable across digital communication, printed materials and staff clothing.

Approach

The existing identity was reviewed. Its defining elements, including the boat, passengers, sea and sunset, were refined into a clearer and more atmospheric composition.

The solution

A distinctive redesigned logo with flexible background applications, presented through a direct before and after comparison and branded clothing examples.
